Job Description:

Position Purpose

This position will assist with execution of the overall brand impact online marketing plan.

This role has a direct impact on the fulfillment of KONG Company’s vision of building a brand.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistent brand impact through all touch points, both external and internal
  • Foundationally understand the brand and be able to translate that understanding into a verbal and visual representations online
  • Assist in execution of online authorized program
  • Maintenance of email marketing calendar
  • Support the KONG brand impact team online
  • Maintain, update and represent the KONG brand on partner websites - retailer/licensing/ internal

Brand Maintenance

  • Maintain the online assets
  • Ensure adherence to brand style guidelines at every visual touch point
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Effective time management to ensure projects meet deadlines while delivering a quality product

Culture Stewardship

  • Maintain a positive attitude about the job and the company while living the company vision
  • Act as a peer-to-peer leader with the creative & brand impact team while delivering consistent on-brand executions
  • Operate with a continuous improvement mentality, proactively suggesting improvements to existing materials and works in progress while maintaining receptivity to direction
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support a variety of needs while keeping key stakeholders informed

Experience and Skills:

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of College
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated with: Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication Studies or Business Administration
  • High-level of proficiency in Excel
  • Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook skills
  • Resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficient in managing large amounts of data
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds and occasional up to 100 pounds with assistance.
